Located within a 12 minute drive from Henley-on-Thames which is a famous picturesque and charming English town well known for the Henley Royal Regatta.

The property benefits from a fantastic large fenced-off garden, which make the house particularly appealing for the parents of younger children and an ideal play area for children. As well as an expansive lawn, you’ll find the hot tub, outdoor seating, sun loungers and a sofa set.

With its own private hot tub, you can enjoy an added slice of luxury and relaxation throughout your stay. Connect your Bluetooth to the built in speakers and enjoy the steaming hot tub under the stars.

As you enter the property, you’ll find yourself in a large entrance hall, with two living room spaces, a large WC, super king bedroom, and the open plan kitchen and dining space. The first living room is a great bright space to relax with family and friends and benefits from two large sofas, one of which pulls out into a bed, as well as two comfy armchairs, all facing a Smart TV. The second living room is a cosy snug room and also features a Smart TV, as well as U-shaped sofa, and direct access out onto the patio where you can slip into the bubbling hot tub.

The kitchen is a real treat for keen chefs, with top of the line culinary amenities including an induction hob, a double oven, American style fridge-freezer, radio and a coffee machine. Directly behind the breakfast bar you’ll find the dining table, sit and have your dinner with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Guests have the choice between a more casual set up or a more formal meal space. From this open plan area there is a bi-folding door which leads to the private garden. If you prefer to dine outside in the long summer evenings then there is outside dining as well as two outside sofas.

The utility room contains a sink, a washing machine, a dryer, microwave and plenty of cupboard space a perfect place to stock up on food and drinks.

The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and benefits from a large bay window and sofa, as well as a super king sized bed.

Upstairs, you’ll find five more big beautiful bedrooms, three with super king sized beds, two with twin singles, and the fifth with a king sized bed. As well as enviable views of the rolling Oxfordshire countryside, two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and two have their own Smart TVs.

Multiple walking trails and the Chiltern hills are all at your doorstep. The nearby village has independent shops, rural charm, and a fantastic country pub. With Henley-on-Thames nearby, you’re spoiled for choice when it comes to eateries, shops, boat hire, independent shops. Both Oxford and Reading can be reached in well under half an hour by car. Treat yourself to takeaways from Hot Wok, Tandoori Connoisseur or Sonning Common Fish Bar all within a 5 minute drive of the house.

Bedroom 1: With a large bay window and sofa this lovely room has a king size bed and a dressing table.

Stairs lead up from the hallway to the first floor landing, off which are the following rooms:

Bedroom 2: This bedroom has two single beds, a sofa, a dressing table with mirror and a hanging rail.

Bedroom 3: Overlooking garden and fields, this room contains a super king size bed, two armchairs, a dressing table, built in wardrobes and a smart TV. There is an ensuite bathroom which contains a bath, separate walk in shower, toilet and twin wash basin.

Bedroom 4: This bedroom has a king sized bed, built in wardrobe and a dressing table.

Bedroom 5: Perfect for children, this room has two single beds, a smart TV, dressing table and a walk in wardrobe. There is an ensuite which contains a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.

Bedroom 6: A large bedroom overlooking the large spacious garden, this room has a super king bed, dressing table and built in wardrobe.

There is parking for at least ten+ cars on the private driveway and there is also a car port for two cars.
