Stay in a beautifully designed newly built apartment for two set amongst one of England’s most picturesque towns. The Duke boasts a central location with modern furnishings and a homely feel. Sleeping a maximum of four guests, the apartment is a bolt hole suitable for singles or couples.
As you enter the building the communal areas have a grand feel with a high quality finish.
The kitchen and lounge area is an open plan bright and airy space with two comfortable sofas, a circular dining area and a small but fully equipped kitchen to cook up a storm. The two double bedrooms have a mounted TV and have both been tastefully furnished with soft sheets to help you easily drift off in the evenings.
The modern tiled bathroom houses a basin, WC, Bath and shower overhead.
The allocated parking space is just a few minutes walk from the apartment.
All properties are subject to a separate payment which will be taken for the damage deposit. You will be contacted up to 7 days prior to arrival in order to pay the damage deposit, guests will not be able to check in without payment of the damage deposit. Damage deposits will be refunded up to 7 days after check out providing there is no damages, breakages or missing items.
